Response to Ms Lawson's Threatening Post on Facebook..
Updated: Jan 27
The link for the HOA meeting was given ONLY to Homeowners. It is a private UNLISTED link. Many homeowners cannot attend meeting and this is for them. (Access Verification Protection added.)
I publicly recorded and also told people who asked at me at the meeting my intentions. Nothing hidden.
I told 5 Board members my intentions. Debbie said "i give you permission I have nothing to hide." The Board did not attempt to stop me.
No contracts information was disclosed. This was misinformation.
No false information was put out. Everything is true as I Have witnessed.
Key items were highlighted in video for reference help.
I have no grievance with the BOD as suggested by Lori. I'm reporting the facts.
It has been reported to me that certain 'unnamed' people are ' try to control the Narrative ' on social media. Please Research the facts before drawing conclusions. Thank you...
In her post she quotes CCNR as ways to control people. No, HOA can only control management of property. NOT people in community. This is a scare tactic. She quotes 5.1.C Enforcement. Each Association shall be responsible for the enforcement of this Declaration as to its Members and the areas over which it has control. She's threatening HOA will come after you if you speak the truth which is not the case. The HOA is only responsible for the CCNRs. She doesn't know what she's talking about. She is quoting the law out of context. She is not a lawyer. This is so laughable...
She does not like the fact that she can't control this platform like she can control Facebook and next door. This is just more evidence of the in-depth corruption within certain people in the community. Misquoting the CCNRs to achieve a purpose of control is crazy.

From Davis-Sterling web page:
November 2025. John, Debbie, and Lori filmed his meeting. Although they were told to stop they refused and then announced to everybody they can watch it if they wanted too. Like my current situation, permission was given to me, no matter how it was interpreted, and the rules were followed. There are rule followers and rule breakers. I follow the rules. Comes down to the interpretation of the law. I believe I was in the right.
